Woo hoo...

A very successful code violation hearing the other day.  One violation dismissed (it was bullshit) and the other fine knocked down from $300 to $25, definitely a win!

Getting caught up here at work and it actually sucks because I hate being slow...ugh.

Was a really rough Tuesday yesterday....I kept it together as best I could but it was hard.....

Tomorrow is my hearing....

Well tomorrow is my code enforcement hearing.  I'm ready...got some great tips from one of the attorneys I work for.  I'm just calling in since I'll be in the office - not getting on no damn video.

Been sick for 2 weeks today.  Feeling better but the damn cough is holding on.  Totally sucks.

Will be leaving the office here in about 10 minutes to go pick up Dan.  Dan....my friend, my roommate, my...something....it's so complicated with him.  Sigh.  Dan is a topic for another day though....

I used to blog many, many years ago.  Just for me.  I don't know if anyone ever found my blog and frankly I don't really care.  I decided I wanted to blog again.  A place to put down my thoughts.  Get them bastards out of my head.  So this blog is just for me as well.

I have a virtual code violation hearing this Thursday.  I am pissed about it.  They cited me for "excessive" feces and "rat harborage."  Ok, there was definitely dog poo in the yard.  My daughter's dog, my daughter's responsibility.  She just fell behind due to the weather and shit.  But she cleaned it up.  I don't agree it was excessive but, whatever.

Rat harborage - I have no clue with the fuck they are talking about.  The thing is, they are supposed to give me notice and time to correct the violation.  It's in the code.  Never received any such notice.  Just the hearing date.  And they need to specify what the violation is.  How can I correct it if I don't know what they claim is wrong??

I work for attorneys - I am prepared for this hearing.  You bitches are not getting any money from me.  I think they bank on people not showing for the hearings and just paying the fine.  Well not this bitch.  Submitted my exhibits for the hearing today - from my work email address so they know I'm not playing.
